While oil filters remove most of the sludge, tar, and varnish, small particles continue to circulate inside the engine and accumulate within the passageways, oil pump and oil pan. These contaminants cause engine wear, higher operating temperatures, and reduced lubrication.

With the Bilstein R-2000™ Engine Flush System, contaminants are not just re-circulated but actually removed from oil passages and the entire engine oil system. This unique system thoroughly cleans your engine by using patented adaptors and specially formulated solutions to dissolve accumulations of sludge, tar, and varnish. All residual oil and cleaning solutions are evacuated ensuring your engine, ring seating, valve guides and seals are not harmed in the process.

Engine Flush Process
    Bilstein R-2000
  1. Heated R-2000 Engine Flush solution is pumped through the oil filter port at 42 PSI.
  2. R-2000 Engine Flush solution flows through the engine's lubrication system dissolving sludge and varnish.
  3. R-2000 Engine Flush solution backflushes the oil pump pickup screen. Dissolved sludge, varnish and debris flow to the oil pan where it is vacuum extracted to the BILSTEIN R-2000 Engine Flush Machine. Particulates over 3 microns are removed through three stages of ultra-fine filtration.

Coolant System Power Flush

Your auto's cooling system gets a strenuous workout over the course of an Inland Empire Summer, and flushing your cooling system is vital to keeping your car, truck, or SUV running. Over time the coolant mixture loses its effectiveness and lubrication abilities, and will even become acidic after long-term use, causing catastrophic damage to your cooling system and engine block. To perform at its optimum level, most cooling systems require a 50/50 solution of radiator coolant to water. Bud's Power Flush Service will provide these benefits:

Power Steering Flush

The fluid in your power steering system is subjected to extreme temperatures and pressures. Over time the fluid is subject to deterioration and breakdown, oxidation, and accumalates contaminants, varnish deposits, and bare metals that can cause leaks, difficult steering, and system breakdown. The Ever-Wear power steering system flush provides the following benefits:

Transmission Flush

According to the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association, 90% of all transmission failures are due to overheating and fluid contamination. A typical transmission fluid service will only replace 20% of the fluid in the transmission; draining the collected fluid in the pan, but leaving behind the old, contaminated fluid inside the torque converter, transmission cooler and the cooler lines. Our transmission flush safely replaces all of the old fluid trapped throughout the entire system with fresh new fluid. This service is recommended every 30,000 miles and before warranty expiration to detect potential problems.
